Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Dutch solar developer Sunrock on the acquisition of the business by COFRA.<\/p>\n

Established in 2012, Sunrock invests in, develops and owns large-scale solar power systems in the Netherlands, supporting commercial real estate owners, tenants, public bodies and other clients. While having a strong position in the commercial rooftop solar sector, the company also implements on-land and floating projects.<\/p>\n
