Jamieson has advised the senior management team of the Tomkins air distribution division on the sale of the business to the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (\u201cCPPIB\u201d) and on the structure and terms of their management incentive plan going forward.<\/p>\n

The air distribution division manufactures air distribution and ventilation products for residential and non-residential buildings and air movement and control products for industrial and infrastructure applications, in each case primarily in North America.<\/p>\n

The closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions and is expected to occur in the last quarter of 2012.<\/p>\n
