Jamieson advise the managment team of Intertrust on its acquisition by Blackstone<\/p>\n

Jamieson is pleased to announce its role in advising the management team, led by David de Buck and Ernesto Traulsen, in conjunction with Blackstone\u2019s successful secondary buyout of Intertrust, the independent and global provider of Trust and Corporate Services (T&CS) to corporate, fund and high net worth individual clients.<\/p>\n

Intertrust is a top-3 global service provider in T&CS through 31 offices across 21 countries with over 1,100 employees. The deal represents a continued relationship between Intertrust management and Jamieson, with the Jamieson team of Ian Jamieson<\/a> and Matt Hucker having previously advised management on the primary buyout by Waterland in 2009.<\/p>\n

The acquisition of Intertrust is set to be finalised over the coming months after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals. The deal further demonstrates Jamieson\u2019s strong credentials in the T&CS sector, having advised on four deals in the sector over the past three
