Funds managed and advised by J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC have completed the acquisition of Cabot Credit Management Limited (\u201cCCM\u201d).\u00a0 Jamieson Corporate Finance has advised the senior management team of Cabot on the terms of their reinvestment into the new acquisition vehicle.<\/p>\n

CCM was formed by the merger in April 2011 of two businesses, Apex Credit Management and Cabot Financial, purchased by funds advised by AnaCap Financial Partners LLP and its co-investors, Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners and Partners Group.
