Jamieson has advised the management team of Adapt, a UK based provider of enterprise IT services, on its acquisition by Datapipe, a managed services business headquartered in the US and majority owned by ABRY Partners. As part of the transaction Lyceum Capital has sold the majority stake in Adapt which it acquired in 2011.<\/p>\n

Adapt was originally established in 2001 and has become one of the UK\u2019s fastest growing businesses in its sector.\u00a0 As part of the deal, Stewart Smythe, Adapt CEO, will stay with the business and lead Datapipe\u2019s operations in Europe.<\/p>\n
