Global alternative asset manager The Carlyle Group has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire Pr\u00e6sidiad from CVC Fund VI. The transaction requires workers\u2019 council consultation and is subject to the approval of relevant market authorities.<\/p>\n

Headquartered in Ghent, Belgium, Pr\u00e6sidiad produces integrated perimeter security systems that protect people and critical infrastructure around the world. Pr\u00e6sidiad serves customers across oil and gas, energy, aerospace and defence, information technology, industrial and consumer end-markets.<\/p>\n
