Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of ICS Learn on the acquisition of the business by Primary Capital Partners. As part of the transaction, current shareholder, Par Equity, will exit its investment.<\/p>\n
ICS Learn provides online education services to users studying for professional qualifications in fields such as accounting and HR as well as academic exams including A-levels and GCSE\u2019s. Since Par Equity\u2019s investment in 2012 the business has grown significantly and currently has over 15,000 learners.<\/p>\n
