Jamieson has advised CEO Tim Emrich, CFO Jon Addis and Commercial Director Sam Wither and the management team of UK Power Reserve on the acquisition of the business by Sembcorp from Equistone and Inflexion.<\/p>\n
UKPR owns and operates a portfolio of highly flexible distributed energy generation projects across 32 locations in England and Wales, with 533 megawatts in operation and a further 480 megawatts in construction and under development. This combined portfolio of over 1,000 megawatts comprises small-scale, fast-ramping power generation asset and rapid response batteries.<\/p>\n
