Envirotainer, the global market leader in temperature controlled airfreight solutions for the pharmaceutical supply chain has announced that Cinven, the international private equity firm, has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Envirotainer from current majority shareholder AAC Capital for an undisclosed sum.<\/p>\n
The transaction will be formally closed when all relevant financial regulatory filings have been approved. It is estimated to be completed by late summer or early autumn 2018.<\/p>\n
