\nAcuris has nearly 1,500 employees in 66 locations and is a global leader in the financial intelligence space with a diverse set of clients and offerings.<\/p>\n
As part of the transaction Acuris\u2019 management team, led by CEO Hamilton Matthews and CFO Jonathan Gomer, will continue to lead the company in partnership with Ion. The former majority shareholder, BC Partners, will also retain a stake in the business moving forward.<\/p>\n
