Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of VIC Properties (VIC) on their management incentive arrangements in the context of their new ownership by a consortium of institutional investors.
Based in Portugal, VIC is the biggest real estate developer in the country. Its primary focus revolves around constructing multi-story residential buildings and development projects in Portugal’s largest cities. This integrates being involved in the entire value creation process, starting from sourcing land plots to planning, construction, sales and other related services.
