We are pleased to announce that we have advised the management team of Tricor on the sale of the business from Permira Advisers to Baring Private Equity Asia.
Tricor is Asia’s leading business expansion specialists, with 49 offices across 22 countries, over 3,000 employees, and more than 50,000 clients. It offers a range of services across accounting and payroll for MNCs and SMEs, corporate governance and secretarial services for both listed and unlisted companies, and investor and share registry services.
Stuart Coventry, Jack Yang and Alison Dunning advised the management team on the transaction.
