Jamieson is pleased to announce it has advised the management team of Tarsus Group (Tarsus) on the sale of the business to Informa PLC (Informa), the international Academic Markets, B2B Markets and Digital Services Group. Informa today announced the acquisition of the B2B Events group, for an enterprise value of c. USD940 million. The consideration comprises a mixture of cash and new Informa shares.
Tarsus is one of the most well-known and respected names in the B2B events industry. It operates globally, with a particular focus on the US, Middle East and Asia, across a diverse range of sectors including Aerospace, Packaging, Technology and Healthcare delivering a portfolio of over 160 live and online B2B event brands.
