Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Dutch solar developer Sunrock on the acquisition of the business by COFRA.
Established in 2012, Sunrock invests in, develops and owns large-scale solar power systems in the Netherlands, supporting commercial real estate owners, tenants, public bodies and other clients. While having a strong position in the commercial rooftop solar sector, the company also implements on-land and floating projects.
