Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised Dan Ibbetson (CEO) and the management team of Portakabin on the sale of the business to Antin Infrastructure Partners.
Portakabin, founded in 1961, is the industry leading modular and offsite construction specialist, operating across 106 sites in Europe. Its range of services includes planning and design, project management, emergency building planning, groundwork and landscaping.
Ian Jamieson, Jonny Jones, Kenny Brodie and Alison Dunning advised the management team on the terms of their investment and incentive arrangements.
