Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Optegra on the sale of the business to MidEuropa, with H2 Equity Partners retaining a minority stake.
Founded in 2007, Optegra is a leading ophthalmology business in the United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Poland, offering a wide range of procedures including cataract, age-related macular degeneration and vision correction for both public and private patients. They are the only UK eye care provider to invest in their own eye sciences department, enabling them to champion the latest innovations and technologies in eye care.
Stuart Coventry, David Kirkpatrick, Billy Henson and Helen Briscoe advised the Optegra management team on the transaction.
