Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of MetaCompliance, a specialist in cybersecurity awareness and software compliance, on the majority sale of the business from Tenzing to Keensight.
Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Londonderry, MetaCompliance operates a platform focused on training employees to recognise and mitigate cyber threats while ensuring organisations meet complex regulatory requirements. The business has more than doubled in size over the last three years, with over 200 employees serving blue-chip enterprises and mid-market customers across Europe, the UK, and Internationally.
