Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised Stephanie Leonard (CEO), Noel Culbert (CFO) and the management team of Kyte Powertech on the successful sale of the business to R&S Group Holding AG (SIX: RSGN). R&S Group is a leading provider of electrical infrastructure components across Europe and the Middle East and is currently listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
Kyte Powertech, founded in 1977 and headquartered in Cavan, Ireland, is a manufacturer of distribution transformer solutions, with main markets being Ireland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium and France. Kyte has approximately 500 employees. The combination with R&S Group’s existing business will strengthen Kyte’s position in the market and its management capabilities.
