Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised Victor Aquina (CEO), Jan-Willem Smits (CFO) and the management team of Deli Home on its sale by NPM Capital to Ardian.
Founded in 1869, Deli Home has developed into a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality timber-based home improvement products. Headquartered in Gorinchem, the Netherlands, with revenues exceeding €340 million and 1,250 employees the company holds a market leading position in the Benelux.
