Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Covis Pharma on the acquisition of the business by Apollo Global Management from Cerberus Capital management.
Founded in 2011, Covis Pharma is a global speciality pharmaceutical company that markets therapeutic solutions for patients with life threatening conditions and chronic illnesses. The company is headquartered in Luxembourg with a branch in Zug, Switzerland.
The Jamieson team, led by Andrew Cox and Jack Yang, advised Michael Porter (CEO) and his team on the terms of the new Management Equity Programme to be implemented in the new holding structure.
