Jamieson is delighted to announce that it has advised the management team of Colosseum Dental on the private company incentive plan as part of the sale of the business from founder owned to Jacobs Holding.
Colosseum dental is a leading pan-European dentistry group, operating across 11 countries. Headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, the group consists of more than 600 clinics, 50 laboratories and over 11,000 employees.
John Greenland led the Jamieson team in advising the management team on the transaction.
