Jamieson is pleased to announce its ongoing relationship with Vistra, having supported the management team on the successful business combination with Tricor under BPEA EQT’s continued ownership. The transaction allowed Vistra’s management team to realise significant value, while also offering the opportunity to participate in an exciting new management equity programme in the combined business.
The transaction values the combined business at more than US$6.5bn, and creates a trust and corporate services platform with over 9,000 professionals in over 50 jurisdictions.
