Jamieson is delighted to announce that it has advised the management team of London-based nursery group N Family Club on the terms of their management incentive arrangements as part of a significant investment in the business by new investor Gresham House, alongside follow-on investment by family office Steyn Group.
Opening its first site in 2017, N Family Club provides high quality early years education across London, the South-East and the Midlands. The company has a pioneering approach, using the best of modern thinking on child development that puts the child and the family first. Its focus on tastefully designed nurseries, freshly prepared meals, outdoor learning, and flexible opening hours with a dedicated and well-trained team of educators differentiates N Family Club from its competitors and as a result the company has seen huge demand for its services. The investment from Gresham House and Steyn Group supports an ambitious plan to roll out the N Family Club concept across a number of new sites over the coming years.
