Jamieson Basabe is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Rovensa on its acquisition by Partners Group, having previously advised the team in 2016 on the Bridgepoint backed buyout out of Sapec Group. The transaction values the Company at an enterprise value of around EUR 1 billion.
Based in Portugal, Rovensa is a leading provider of speciality crop nutrition, biocontrol, and protection products that helps farmers to enhance crop yields and provide food security.
