Jamieson Corporate Finance has advised the founders and senior management team of GlobeOp on the sale of the Group to SS&C. Management who had founded the business held 28% of the existing share capital.
GlobeOp provides independent fund services, specializing in middle and back office services and integrated risk-reporting to hedge funds, asset management firms and other sectors of the financial services industry.
