Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Aesop on the sale of the business from Natura Cosmetics to L’Oréal.
Aesop manufactures and sells high quality, vegan skin and hair care products, fragrances and accessories, with the USP of sustainability and efficacy across their entire product range. Established in 1987, and headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, and London, UK, Aesop supplies their products across the world in their stores, through other retailers and online. L’Oréal acquired Aesop from Natura & Co in August 2023, who originally acquired the business in 2013.
Stuart Coventry, Andrew Cox, Matthew Mowat and Alison Dunning advised the Aesop management team on their re-investment in the new structure and the terms of the new management equity arrangements.
