Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of GoodLife Foods BV on the acquisition of the business by IK Investment Partners from Egeria B.V.
GoodLife Foods is one of Europe’s largest producers of frozen appetisers supplying household brands across the Benelux, UK, DACHSE and Nordic regions. Founded in the 1950’s in the Netherlands, GoodLife Foods has seen consistent growth in both the food market and the acquisition market, with the acquisitions of Izico in 2014 and Daloon in 2016. IK Investment Partners acquisition will help to continue GoodLife Foods exciting growth strategy.
Andrew Cox, Pieter Hornsveld and Jack Henshall advised the management team on the transaction and new incentive plan arrangements.
