Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised Neil Penhall and the management team of SLR Consulting on the sale of the business from Charterhouse Capital Partners to Ares Management through a Scheme of Arrangement. Following signing, Jamieson was appointed by Charterhouse to coordinate the sell side funds flow which involved almost 500 shareholders across 13 jurisdictions.
SLR is a leading global environmental and advisory consultancy with approximately 2,500 staff supporting clients with ESG strategic advice and implementing sustainable solutions in climate resilience, energy transition, responsible sourcing, natural capital and social impact.
