Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Acenden on the acquisition of the business by Blackstone and TPG Capital Partners.
Established in London as a mortgage servicing solutions provider, Acenden has more than 64,000 loans under management and employs approximately 400 staff around the UK and Ireland.
The deal team was led by David Kirkpatrick.
